Hospice Nursing Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
This role involves managing primary caseloads, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your expertise and passion for hospice nursing will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license, and a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in hospice or home care are required. Your commitment to empathy, professionalism, and teamwork will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits such as medical insurance, vision and dental coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, retirement savings, and more.
