Senior Companion Specialist

At Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, we are seeking a skilled and caring Senior Companion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our senior clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Prepare meals and snacks for clients
* Run errands and assist with household tasks
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in home care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and standing for long periods of time
