  1. Conduct visual inspections of all plates before delivery, ensuring accuracy in portion sizes, presentation, and adherence to guest specifications.
  2. Take ownership of all food delivery processes, including setup and stocking of products for each shift, maintaining backup storage, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the service area, equipment, utensils, and tools.
  3. Efficiently organize and deliver dishes to guests.
  4. Manage challenging situations and guest feedback using the AIM approach: Apologize, Investigate, and Involve Management.
  5. Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to explain information clearly to guests.
  6. Prepare meticulously and strive for excellence in all tasks.
