We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our public areas, including floors, shelves, and counters. You will also support our Housekeeping team by removing dirty linen from rooms and units, and transporting linens to the laundry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain public areas' appearance by cleaning, sweeping, and waxing floors, dusting, wiping down shelves, and counters
  • Remove all dirty linen from rooms, units, carts, and closets
  • Transport linens to the laundry
  • Assist Housekeeping team with lifting heavy items (up-to 50LBS) when deep cleaning rooms and stripping units
  • Work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOP's)

Requirements:

  • Experience in Housekeeping, Custodial, Janitorial, or Environmental Services as a Housekeeper, Houseperson, Room Attendant, Cleaner, Custodian, Janitor, or EVS Tech
  • Prioritize managing your time, working quickly without compromising quality
  • Valid and clear Driver's License
