Housekeeping Dispatcher Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience? Do you have excellent communication and organizational skills? We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Dispatcher to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and track assignments of all services and cleans for housekeepers and supervisors.
  • Answer departmental multi-line phones and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain room status and other pertinent information in our computer system.
  • Coordinate with the front desk to resolve any discrepancies in room status.
  • Assist management with administrative duties, including filing, purchase order follow-up, faxing, and maintaining records.
  • Dispatch and supervise guest services calls through paging and computer systems.
  • Track projects, such as GCPM, mattress rotation, and patio deep cleans.
  • Supervise late checkouts, VIP, Outstanding, and special request arrivals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines and demands.
  • Flexibility to adjust to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice.
  • Excellent service quality standards and a professional demeanor when handling upset guests and difficult situations.
  • Basic digital literacy and related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
