About the Role

Omron Automation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service and Repair Center team, you will be responsible for completing customer product returns, shipping/receiving, and support service center activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Returns and Shipping/Receiving: Process product returns and shipping/receiving activity (RMAs) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain Omron Repair Center Assets and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service to all customers, both internally and externally.
  • RMA Authorization Processing: Assist with RMA authorization processing and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Act as liaison between Omron Repair Service, coordinating efforts between Omron personnel and customers.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Execute domestic and international shipments for US, Canada, Europe, Japan, and Latin America, selecting the best options for air or freight shipments.
  • Third-Party Logistics: Work in coordination with Third-Party logistics company (APLL) to ensure seamless shipping and receiving operations.
  • Inventory Control: Help maintain an adequate stock of spare parts for repairs and inspect damaged parts from APL Warehouse.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and process customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices and Pro forma invoices.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: Three-Five years of relevant professional experience serving in a logistics position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, customer service and quality control skills, relationship management and interpersonal business development skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and extreme attention to detail.
