ABOUT PURDUE GLOBAL TENNIS CENTER

The Purdue Global Tennis Center serves as a premier venue for both men's and women's tennis, welcoming the public, faculty, staff, and students. The center provides a variety of services including private and group lessons, as well as clinics for both adults and juniors. The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is essential for the smooth operation of the facility, with most representatives working approximately 10-15 hours weekly, aligned with their schedules and the center's operational hours, which range from early morning to late evening.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Opening and closing duties for the facility
  • Collaborating closely with the manager on duty
  • Welcoming all guests entering the facility and guiding them to the appropriate services
  • Possessing a comprehensive understanding of all programs and services offered
  • Promoting lessons and events available at the Tennis Center
  • Processing payments for services through the center's booking system
  • Assisting with the administration of tournaments
  • Completing annual credit card compliance certifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying
