The Technical Lab Operations Manager will be tasked with overseeing a secure, classified laboratory environment dedicated to systems design and testing, ensuring the uninterrupted operation, maintenance, and enhancement of mission-critical systems in line with organizational policies and governmental regulations.
Laboratory Oversight:
Supervise and uphold a classified laboratory environment, guaranteeing adherence to security measures, facility clearances, and operational benchmarks.
Service Delivery Management:
Facilitate the provision of technical services encompassing system administration, network management, hardware engineering, and software evaluation within the laboratory environment while achieving all performance indicators.
Operational Management:
Direct daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, resource distribution, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and contractual obligations.
Quality Control:
Establish quality control protocols to ensure the dependability, precision, and security of laboratory operations and services provided.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Engage with governmental stakeholders, project leaders, and technical teams to comprehend project needs and guarantee the effective provision of laboratory services.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent hands-on experience.
A minimum of five years in laboratory management, technical service provision, or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of hardware engineering, systems administration, network management, and software evaluation techniques.
TS/SCI Clearance
Certification requirements fulfilled in accordance with DoD M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II.
Preferred
Desired Qualifications:
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Server+, CISSP, or equivalent.
Proven leadership capabilities with extensive experience in managing and directing complex system design and integration initiatives.

Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
