KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver thorough counseling to students and parents on financial aid topics through multiple communication methods.

  • Assess financial aid appeals and requests for special circumstances.

  • Support Federal Direct and Private Loan Processing.
  • Manage Federal Student Aid data for the awarding and distribution of financial aid.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to remain informed about industry regulations.
  • Provide assistance to the Admissions and Graduate and Continuing Studies Offices as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

  • Ability to comprehend and apply university policies and federal regulations.
  • Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations.
