Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Hendrick Toyota Concord. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and technicians to identify and document service, maintenance, and repair needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on necessary and recommended services
  • Offer additional services and repairs to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their vehicle
  • Compute and estimate costs of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicles to their original condition
  • Enter itemized estimates on service orders and explain them to customers
  • Schedule appointments with customers and ensure timely completion of service work
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
  • Record all hours worked accurately in our company timekeeping system
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries; working knowledge of vehicle mechanics a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL (if required)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn our dealership management system
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Regular and predictable attendance, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
