Position Overview:

  • The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Production Specialist include sourcing, producing, receiving, organizing, inventorying, and distributing/installing marketing materials.
  • This role may involve ordering, printing, and delivering materials to various locations, requiring navigation in winter driving conditions. Effective communication is essential to coordinate deliveries, ensure proper presentation of materials, and identify new opportunities for collateral and messaging placements.
  • Additionally, this individual will assist with various functions within the Marketing Department, including managing on-site digital signage, copywriting, event support, communications, reporting, and maintaining project management and channel tracking reports.
  • The Marketing Production Specialist should possess a broad understanding of marketing to assist with various functions as assigned by the Director of Guest Experience Marketing. An ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and high-quality expectations are crucial. This individual will seek processes and procedures that enhance efficiency and communication while minimizing errors.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - required
  • Valid driver's license and/or access to a vehicle for local distribution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential
  • Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp is preferred
  • Background in marketing is preferred

Hourly Pay: $22.00-$23.75

To succeed in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.
