We are a dynamic law firm seeking a skilled Legal Intake and Client Services Coordinator to support our Estates Department in Moorestown, NJ. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Client Intake and Management
    1. Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
    2. Collaborate with attorneys to gather necessary information and documents for estate planning, probate, and estate litigation.
    3. Update client records and case files in a secure and efficient manner.
  2. Workshops and Events Coordination
    1. Plan and execute workshops and events for the Estates Department, including logistics and promotional activities.
    2. Engage with attendees, confirm attendance, and follow up with feedback.
  3. Client Contact
    1. Provide exceptional client service, address questions and concerns.
    2. Collaborate with attorneys during estate planning signings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in client services, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of estate planning and legal processes is an asset.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
