We are seeking a dedicated Legal Intake and Client Services Coordinator to support our Estates Department in Moorestown, NJ. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Intake and Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
    • Collaborate with attorneys to gather necessary information and documents for estate planning, probate, and estate litigation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.
  • Workshops and Events Coordination
    • Develop and implement workshops and events for the Estates Department, including logistics and promotional activities.
    • Engage with attendees, confirm attendance, and collect feedback.
  • Client Contact
    • Provide exceptional client service, addressing questions and concerns.
    • Collaborate with attorneys during estate planning signings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in client services, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of estate planning and legal processes is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
