Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will provide assessment, triage, and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the most appropriate level of care for individuals in crisis
  • Develop and implement crisis management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals and the community
  • Provide clinical support, case management, and education to individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with law enforcement personnel, mental health providers, and community agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and services provided
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling from an accredited or approved college or university
  • Professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Two years of post-master's supervised experience under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker or a board-approved qualified supervisor
  • State Certified Addictions Professional Certification (CAP) and/or Certified Justice Addictions Professional Certification (CCJAP) preferred
  • Valid Florida driver's license without any restrictions
  • Professional liability coverage
