Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at InBloom Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior plans for our clients, providing supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Supervise and train RBTs in the implementation of behavior plans, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client progress, making adjustments to behavior plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Integrity Officer (CIO) to discuss client progress and concerns, contributing to the development of comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide regular training and support to parents and caregivers, empowering them to effectively implement behavior plans and promote positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and supervisory activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in ABA and related fields.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
  • Previous experience in supervision and leadership roles, preferably in ABA settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, families, and staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
