Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist customers with order selection and preparation, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
- Pick and prepare customer orders from the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
- Prepare and process customer sales tickets, ensuring accurate and timely billing
- Promote and sell company product promotions and special offers
- Provide assistance to warehouse functions as needed, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective processing of customer orders and sales activities
- High School diploma or equivalent required; sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Good mathematical skills, with ability to accurately process customer orders and sales transactions
- Computer and MS Office literate, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds
- Reliable, responsible, and a strong work ethic, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
