Are you looking for a fun and dynamic work environment? As a Greeter/Counter Desk Associate with Bowlero Corp, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your role will involve managing the waitlist, tracking availability, and assigning lanes and equipment. You will also be responsible for ringing sales at the counter, following cash control procedures, and assisting guests with basic bowling instruction. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the waitlist and track availability
  • Assign lanes and equipment
  • Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
  • Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
  • Operate the POS system, central panel, and P/A system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in school or previous job experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
