Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Alsco Uniforms. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in driving customer loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls to customers to proactively address their needs and concerns
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the Service Department to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Prepare and distribute welcome packets, renewals, and other paperwork as required
  • Monitor and report competitive activity to support business growth and development

Requirements:

  • High school graduation or equivalent experience
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Good experience with MS Office and basic administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
