About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Graybar, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers, providing timely, professional, and courteous support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure every customer interaction is of the highest quality
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Take an active role in promoting Graybar's products and services
  • Provide support on product selection and application
  • Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
