Position Overview

Department: Facilities Management

Reports to: Senior Director of Facilities Operations

Role Objective: Accountable for the upkeep of facilities and property to comply with regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid Georgia Driver's License
  • Clear criminal background verification
  • Drug screening and TB testing required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure facilities are maintained for safety and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks as necessary
  • Support event preparations and resident assistance

Desired Personal Attributes and Physical Requirements:

  • Proficient in English communication
  • Ability to adhere to instructions
  • Physical capability to lift and relocate items
  • Comfortable engaging in physical activities
  • CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory
