Key Responsibilities:

  • Train security personnel on their roles and responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of security staff duties, including uniform inspections
  • Address and resolve client and customer issues, providing necessary follow-up
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting by security officers using company technology
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of patrol vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies during daily operations
  • Schedule security personnel and manage shift changes
  • Engage with client management for updates and changes in service
  • Regularly assess the quality of service and adherence to contract requirements
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment in emergency situations
  • Enforce conduct standards among security staff and identify areas for improvement
  • Fill in for open shifts as necessary
  • Document site visits and performance evaluations consistently
  • Train staff on the use of company technology
  • Complete and submit training documentation promptly
  • Communicate operational concerns to management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid Security Guard License and compliance with local regulations
  • Minimum of two years in a supervisory role
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage crises effectively at client sites
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with handheld systems and applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel
