We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
