About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
  • Work with patients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Implement ABA-based therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change
  • Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and technician support
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and families in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children in any capacity and a natural passion for serving others
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  • Reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the Colorado Springs, CO service area
