Pursue a Rewarding Career in Pediatric Nursing

At Universal Health Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and adolescents with complex psychiatric, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental disorders. As a Registered Nurse on our Acute Unit, you will be part of a compassionate team that prioritizes patient safety and quality care.

We offer a top-of-license approach with a supportive cohort of RNs, LPNs, and Unit Coordinators. Our nursing teams cater their treatment plans to the unique needs of each child, ensuring they receive personalized attention and support during vulnerable times.

Your key responsibilities will include providing excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and their families. You will also have opportunities for growth, learning, and advancement through various programs, including Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager-in-training programs.

We value a safe and supportive environment that puts patient care first and respects the nursing profession. As a Registered Nurse with UHS, you will be part of a large, nationwide network of peer nurses and nursing leaders that educate the field, exchange ideas, and review current topics.

We are committed to diversity and inclusion among our teammates, believing that our diverse workforce is critical to our success. To be eligible for this role, you must have a current license to practice nursing in the State of Georgia or be eligible to receive or renew your license, and current CPR or BLS certification.

In this rewarding role, you can expect competitive compensation, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, loan forgiveness, tuition savings, in-house psychiatric nurse residency transition-to-practice orientation, career development opportunities, healthStream online learning, and more. We estimate an annual salary of approximately $ 92,000 - 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates. Please note that we never request financial or personal information during the recruitment process. If you suspect a fraudulent job posting or job-related email, please report it to the appropriate authorities.
