About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Water Treatment/Wastewater projects to join our team in Louisville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients to facilitate construction activities.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy boundaries.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and responsibilities.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Reviews project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, project procedures, staffing requirements, and available resources.
  • Reviews status reports from project personnel and modifies schedules/plans as needed.
  • Prepares project reports for management, clients, or others.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
  • Represents the company in owner progress meetings.
  • Manages financial aspects of contracts and is responsible for project profit or loss.
  • Leads project teams in daily field coordination meetings, weekly block schedule meetings, and monthly safety kickoff meetings.
  • Mentors and assists with career development of other team members.
