Ticket Office Operations Manager

About the Role:The Ticket Office Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our ticket office, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and cash handling processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead the ticket office team in providing exceptional customer experiences, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, including sales data, employee schedules, and budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Represent Sundance Mountain Resort in a professional and courteous manner.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Two years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
