Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations to validate claims using established methodologies and advanced technology.
  • Prepare and manage documentation to assist our Expert Witnesses, including comprehensive Expert Reports.
  • Utilize technology-driven analysis to detect anomalies, relationships, or trends through modern analytics and visualization tools.
  • Perform business valuations, employing relevant software tools for research and data analysis.
  • Effectively communicate findings and present work products to partners and clients.
  • Draft sections of expert reports as required.
  • Manage client interactions professionally.
  • Engage in business development initiatives and participate in networking opportunities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CPA, CFE, Forensic Accountant, or in a similar capacity, with at least 2 years in Forensic Accounting, Commercial Damages, Valuations, or Disputes.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality analyses with strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid technical foundation in Data Analysis and Data Modeling; experience with SQL is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker comfortable navigating ambiguity.
