Specific Duties Include:
Providing technical assistance, diagnosing issues, integrating systems, upgrading software, and maintaining all networked and locally connected computing devices
Receiving and cataloging equipment delivered to the site
Troubleshooting, replacing, and creatively resolving hardware and software issues for all IT systems supporting specialized manufacturing and engineering operations
Collaborating closely with IT management to ascertain support requirements and priorities
Working with the Regional Manager to ensure compliance with security protocols, computing standards, and best practices
Offering on-call support on a limited basis

Basic Qualifications:

Must possess:
  • A current Secret clearance
  • Availability to work full-time during core business hours and support after-hours projects as needed
  • A strong work ethic
  • A customer-focused and proactive approach
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and clients with competing deadlines
  • Basic experience in desktop hardware and software installation, replacement, and troubleshooting
  • Basic experience in configuring computers
  • Basic experience in troubleshooting network devices
  • Familiarity with backup and imaging software
  • The ability to create documentation and processes to mitigate risks
  • Experience with computer patching and updates
  • Experience in installing operating systems and imaging computers
Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of EIT processes, procedures, and policies
  • Experience with various Windows Operating systems
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Working knowledge of IT tools such as Service Central, CATS, and JITA
  • Experience with data protection and recovery tools
  • Experience in clean room manufacturing environments
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.
