Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Integrated Musculoskeletal and Spine Group, PLLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Collect payments and process insurance claims, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
