Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and configuration of cybersecurity tools and security devices.
- Guide and support engineering teams in operational tasks and solutions.
- Analyze trends and changes in the threat landscape to assess organizational risk.
- Develop and implement security controls to mitigate risks to the organization.
- Conduct proof of concepts and technology assessments to ensure effective risk management.
- Lead incident response efforts and manage security technology issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish robust security practices.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Manage the migration and upgrade of security capabilities while evaluating associated risks.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members on security processes and operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in information security principles, including risk assessment and incident response.
- Strong technical knowledge of current systems, software, and network protocols.
- Proficient in operating systems and security applications.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in CyberArk, Delinea, and/or Symantec PAM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra PIM and/or AWS Identity Center.
- Experience with Directory Services (AD, Oracle, ForgeRock, etc).
Education:
A related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
