Job Summary

At JOANN Stores, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Sales and Merchandising

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.

Store Operations

* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
* Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.

Teamwork and Communication

* Collaborate with other Team Members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
* Communicate effectively with customers, Team Members, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
