Estimated Salary: $15-$20 per hour (Weekly Pay Days)

Job Description:

We are a member-driven facility that requires all candidates to have a hospitality background, good attitude, and strong work ethic. As a Club Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting guests as they enter and leading them to their table. You will also provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions, assigning guests to tables they prefer while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table
• Provide menus and answer initial questions
• Assign tables based on guest preferences
• Strategize and manage the flow of the entire room
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
• Have knowledge of the menu
• Assist other positions in the restaurant as needed
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
• Independence to work without close supervision
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
