**About Us**

Bellevue Country Club is a member-driven facility seeking highly communicative and professionally driven candidates. We require a hospitality background, good attitude, and strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working together with the hospitality team to serve members in various dining settings to a high standard of service. You will report to the food and beverage manager and must be able to follow instructions, be punctual, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

As a Club Ambassador/Service Facilitator, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and club restaurant growth. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, leading them to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions, assigning guests to preferred tables while maintaining table rotation, and strategizing the flow of the entire room.

You will also answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to questions, demonstrate knowledge of the menu, help out with other positions as needed, and provide great customer service.
