We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Malbon Golf SoHo location in NYC. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to create exceptional customer experiences, including personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Activations and Events: Support with activations and events, including new store openings and product launches.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology, including Shopify, Endear, and Google Office.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of direct and/or indirect management experience.
- Customer Service: 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred.
- Technical Golf Knowledge: Technical golf knowledge and awareness of current trends and events required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and use a ladder.
