Why We're Hiring

We're seeking a scrappy, metrics-driven product operations analyst to help supercharge Product & Engineering Operations. This role will report to the Senior Technical Chief of Staff and work closely with the CPO, CTO, and P&E leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve, manage, and socialize processes for feature requests, bugs, and product work.
  • Build internal reporting capabilities to create leadership-level visibility into product performance, internal efficiency, and operations.
  • Plan and manage recurring team rituals, including offsites, All Hands, Hackathons, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with partners in Finance, Revenue, Marketing, & Professional Services to support various operational needs and build relationships.
  • Assist in building a brand new Product Operations function at Alloy, helping set the strategy, culture, and internal storytelling of the way we work.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant project management or analyst experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a technology organization, preferably software and product development, and the ability to work with product and engineering leaders and SMEs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment.

  • Competitive base salary: $122,000 - $144,000.
