Position Summary and Requirements

The Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting principal investigators with the management and execution of research studies and clinical trials. Responsibilities include overseeing trial site operations, patient enrollment, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research initiatives aimed at improving care for injured patients, including conducting literature reviews and regulatory assessments.
  • Prepare documentation for the Institutional Review Board, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Support the successful execution of assigned clinical trials.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for the trauma team, patients, and families regarding research ethics and regulations.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and conference calls.
  • Assist in the collection and evaluation of adverse event data.
Required Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
