Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Educational Assistant - ASC Team Member to join our special education team at Kent School District.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $43,800 - $63,100 per year, based on a 189-day contract and 6.5 hours/day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide behavioral support and academic assistance to students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • 72 college-level credits from an accredited institution
  • A score of 455 or higher on the ETS ParaPro Assessment and proof of high school completion or equivalent
