Salary: $43,800 - $63,100 per year (based on 189 days and 6.5 hours/day)
About the Role
This position involves working as an educational assistant in a special education setting, providing support to students with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Provide one-on-one support to students with individualized education plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- 72 college-level credits from an accredited institution
- A score of 455 or higher on the ETS ParaPro Assessment and proof of high school completion or equivalent
