About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Seattle Children's. This role will provide leadership and management support to our nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of registered nurses, medical assistants, and patient support coordinators in providing high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a pediatric nursing leadership position.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome applications from candidates with:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in ambulatory nursing settings.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $126,805.00 - $190,207.00 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
