Seattle Children's is a leading pediatric hospital that requires an experienced Pediatric Nursing Manager to oversee the clinical operations and support staff in our ambulatory services.

About the Role

This position will primarily focus on managing the Gastroenterology clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to continuous performance improvement standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with Clinic Chiefs, Ambulatory Directors, and other leaders to implement strategic initiatives for Ambulatory Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical teams in providing exceptional patient care, prioritizing customer service, financial efficiency, and delivery excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners to promote seamless care coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of nursing experience, along with demonstrated leadership skills and national certification in a clinical specialty area are essential requirements. Current Washington State RN license, BLS for Healthcare Providers, and CAP/CMS credentials are also required.
