Job Summary:

NovintiX Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer III and Program Manager to oversee production engineering transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in product lifecycle management, including feasibility analysis, product design development, review, and validation. The successful candidate will also have expertise in CAD software such as Pro-E, PDM, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Unigraphics, and Windchill. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on implementing mechanical and regulatory production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production engineering transformation programs
Develop manufacturing setup readiness guidelines
Implement mechanical and regulatory production requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and implementation
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering and product lifecycle management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience in product lifecycle management, including feasibility analysis, product design development, review, and validation
Strong expertise in CAD software such as Pro-E, PDM, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Unigraphics, and Windchill
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel to various project sites throughout the US
