We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Ecosystem team at Canva. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that enable deep integrations into and outside of Canva's editor product.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Canva's APIs and Connect API, and provide expert guidance to our developers and customers.
- Support the development of high-quality integrations with strategic partners to benefit Canva's users.
- Collaborate with our Ecosystem product teams to understand the product's inner workings and overall roadmap.
- Communicate customer technical capability needs to product and engineering teams, and API needs to the Ecosystem product and engineering teams.
- Nurture engagement in our Developers' community, and champion their needs and feedback within the company.
- Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals, with experience in developing web applications.
- Experience developing, integrating into APIs, and building web solutions.
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Fantastic technical troubleshooting skills in an Enterprise SaaS-based environment.
- Prior experience with custom extension/integration development and different web platforms and app marketplaces.
- Customer-focused attitude and demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, with a strong voice when writing.

We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience, and overall assessment of what we observed and learned in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position starts at a minimum of $169,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
