Program Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Director to join our team at SageSure. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the design, analysis, development, and implementation of strategic projects across our insurance products, operations, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Project Roadmaps: Create and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate Project Planning and Execution: Plan, scope, and coordinate new projects, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee Project Workflow and Capacity Management: Manage project workflow, capacity planning, and work forecasting to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Understand Insurance Program Ecosystem: Develop a deep understanding of the insurance program ecosystem, identifying functional ownership of deliverables.
- Execute Enterprise-Wide Product Communications: Coordinate comprehensive enterprise-wide product communications, ensuring timely and effective project updates.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Enablement Teams: Work closely with delivery and enablement teams to ensure precise implementation of new portfolio additions.
- Apply Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative and practical solutions to complex project challenges.
- Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders from various disciplines and competencies, showcasing a demonstrated executive presence.
- Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Insurance Industry Experience: Have previous experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Collaboration and Project Management Skills: Demonstrate the ability to collaborate across technical and business-oriented stakeholders, with experience in project management and coordination.
- Detail-Oriented and Structured Thinker: Possess a detail-oriented and structured approach to project delivery.
- Enterprise Mindset and Passion for Improvement: Demonstrate an enterprise mindset with a passion for improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Effective Communication and Quick Learning: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business matters, both written and verbal, and a quick learning ability to apply learned skills rapidly and effectively.
- Workforce Management Software Experience: Have experience with workforce management software, including JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets.
- Excellent Coordination and Urgency: Demonstrate excellent coordination skills, with high energy and a sense of urgency.
- Data Analytics Tool Proficiency: Possess proficiency in data analytics tool Alteryx.
- Management Consulting Experience: Have experience in management consulting.
