Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and completing jobs according to SERVPRO processes, communicating with customers, and explaining processes as needed. You will also be responsible for supervising Production Technicians and performing sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order
  • Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers
  • Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
  • Supervise Production Technicians and perform sales and marketing activities
Requirements
  • Effective oral communication
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certification - WRT minimum
  • Valid drivers license
