About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Recovery and Resilience Unit Lead. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to staff in the Recovery and Resilience Unit, coordinating statewide recovery efforts and developing policy initiatives related to state wildfire recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff in the Recovery and Resilience Unit.
  • Coordinate statewide recovery efforts.
  • Develop and implement policy initiatives related to state wildfire recovery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or Social Science fields.
  • Four years of progressively responsible professional work experience.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues and concerns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $8,289.00 per month, commensurate with education and experience.
