Job Summary

The Enterprise Valuation team, part of the Credit Portfolio Management group, is seeking an Analyst to support its Portfolio Management and Credit Groups in new deal underwritings and portfolio management. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to prepare, evaluate, analyze, and summarize valuation results related to deal underwritings and portfolio management, with a focus on leveraged loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare valuation analysis and presentations for Portfolio Management Group and Credit Groups
  • Update valuation models / templates related to portfolio management
  • Apply valuation methodologies in line with MUFG's valuation policy
  • Create and develop presentation materials to effectively communicate results within MUFG
  • Work closely with Portfolio Management Group and Credit Groups to aid in the completion of new deal underwritings and portfolio management
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking with exposure to credit underwriting or review
  • Experience with valuation methods such as discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and other evaluation methodologies
  • Strong quantitative and technical abilities, including financial modelling capabilities
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires execution of recurring deliverables as well as projects and initiatives in support of a rapidly growing business
About the Role
