Role Summary:
In the capacity of a Vending Route Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in the effective and timely restocking of our vending machines situated at multiple sites. This role encompasses managing a specific route, replenishing machines, performing regular quality assessments, and fostering strong relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a designated route to restock vending machines with a variety of snacks and beverages.
- Track and maintain inventory levels in vending machines, ensuring a diverse selection of products is consistently available.
- Conduct regular quality inspections on machines to guarantee optimal functionality and product freshness.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling questions and resolving issues.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation, including inventory logs and service reports, in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to enhance route efficiency and tackle any logistical challenges.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Physical capability to lift and transport heavy boxes and perform job-related physical tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in vending services or a related field is advantageous.
