Job Title: Route Sales Representative

Frito-Lay is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
  • Unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales.
  • Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You'll need to pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
