Position Overview

Role Summary

A prominent home healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to enhance their expanding team. This role involves engaging with patients and caregivers primarily through phone communication, aiming to foster growth by providing outstanding customer support to both clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and assigning caregivers to meet client needs.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • Overseeing and organizing schedules to ensure optimal service delivery.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional on-call responsibilities.

Compensation: Competitive pay rate ranging from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.
