Key Responsibilities:
As a Countroom Cashier, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the precision and security of all counts from the Drop Box.
  2. Utilizing mathematical skills to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy.
  3. Conducting Cage Chip runs to various gaming windows as required.
  4. Maintaining the security protocols of the Countroom at all times.
  5. Executing shredding tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
  6. Collecting necessary racks for counting at the start of your shift or as needed.
  7. Monitoring the Countroom's equipment and suggesting repairs or replacements when necessary.
  8. Upholding a safe and organized work environment.
  9. Being available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as well as on-call and overtime when necessary.
  10. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of cash handling experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in banking or casino environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using a 10-key adding machine or calculator.
  • Flexibility to work Day, Swing, or Graveyard shifts.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a current gambling establishment employee permit.
  • Proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.
